Going out for a walk did more for my mental health than watching a million videos did to be honest...
Just going in the outdoor, having the sun shine on your face, or the light breeze hitting you is one of the most underrated experiences life has to offer...
I can't even remember the times I used to be depressed out of my mind to be honest. Going on a walk is the best habit, which I hope I started a bit sooner.
