I remember when I first started off as an overweight teenager, my only goal was to be able to walk the flight up stairs without feeling like I was dying, and once I was able to do that, I wished I run a 12 minute mile, and soon I was aiming for a 10 minute mile.

You really never stop "being hungry for more", and something that really helped me with this perpetual dissatisfaction was a braincare routine.

If we’re similar in any way, you remember to look after your skin, your appearance, and your fitness. But often forget to even think about the organ, which lets you think in the first place.
