It’s been nearly a month now since I lost my flash disks, those tiny vessels carrying years’ worth of my written world within them. I can already anticipate the chorus of voices echoing, questioning why I didn’t back them up. Ironically, they were the backups themselves. Initially, I entrusted everything to my laptop, which unfortunately met its demise two years ago. Yes, I’m well aware; I should have taken further precautions. In that regard, I faltered. Now, what remains are the fragments I dared to share on my blogs.
