That's a new one Oliver.
I tend to mediate between work set when I'm tired. I use it as a method to recharge.
Meditating while laying down does it for me, I can't have it any other way.
I start by laying down and focusing on my breathing, then I'll eventually start repeating my goal for my next work session. In a way to reassure myself.
It has done wonders for me.
