Truly an entire industry built around letting us sleep more is concerning...

I personally believe with the modern jobs moving more towards knowledge processing, it's the lack of physical activity within the human body, which results in us not being able to sleep.

I usually try to go for a light jog/ run for 45 mins before I sleep, and it lets me sleep like a baby.
