It’s almost like the notebook forced mindfulness into me, which was lost through constant digital shuffle.

How I Set Up My Life Tracker
I start each month by dedicating a page to outline my 5 specific goals for that month. These goals include:
- Reading a set number of books to master a skill
- A new diet
- A better gym routine
